How Photo Repair and Restoration Work

We start by scanning the original damaged image and creating a digital file to be able to work on. Offering a variety of printing options like fine art print, photo print, poster prints, and canvas printing.

We digitally restore any photographs from simple portraits repair to full restorations. Do you have a photo that hasn’t looked as beautiful as you might have hoped it should?? Perhaps there are cracks, mould, faded colour, water damage….

Our Photo restoration fees are based on the hours necessary to finish the work.

Original Photo Quality
Restoration results are influenced by the condition and resolution of your original photo. We take great care to repair damage and enhance the clarity. Severe damage, blurry, or low-resolution images may present some challenges.

 

Artistic Interpretation
Photo restoration involves manual digital work and the application of artistic judgment. Some details that are missing or heavily damaged may be reconstructed based on the best visual interpretation and may not match the original exactly.

 

Customer Files
We kindly ask customers to provide the best version of their photo. Screenshots, compressed files, or small images can make restoration more challenging, but we will always do our best with what you provide.

 

Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the restoration.

 

Refunds
Due to the custom and labour-intensive nature of photo restoration, all sales are final, and payments are non-refundable once work has started.

 

Delivery

High-resolution digital files (JPEG or TIFF) will be delivered to your inbox as soon as your restoration is complete.
