Filling out our contact form or creating an account on our order form will not result in you receiving unwanted e-mail from us or any third party. There are several places on our website where you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, but unless you specifically request to receive it, you will not be added to our mailing list. If you do subscribe and change your mind, there is information with each issue on how to remove yourself from the mailing list.
