The canvas that we use for printing the giclée fine art images is Epson Premium White Inkjet Canvas, and artist canvas from Epson. It’s a textured 20. Mil. Bright White, consistent Poly Cotton Blend Canvas using an acid-free, neutral pH coating...
this canvas gives us the most stable platform on which to print photographs and fine art works.
Germotte Photo & Framing Studio specializes in custom made gallery-wrapped canvas prints, offering limitless custom sizes between 6"x6" to 60"x100". Every print is coated with a UV coating and meticulously stretched. Our standard stretcher frame depth for a gallery-wrapped canvas print is 1-3/8 " thick.
We also offer a 3/4" thin frame if you plane on framing your artwork, or a 2-3/8" extra large frame for big effect on a big picture.

Stretching Options for Borders
GPF Studio offers several options to choose from, for the sides of your gallery-wrapped canvas prints.
A natural wrap means that your entire image will continue to wrap around the sides of the canvas frame. No adjustments have to be made to the image to make it fit for the wrap.
Color Border, Request any solid color border Black or white or any other color by specifying a color from your image or indicating any color you would like in the notes section when ordering.

Digitally stretched borders are created by utilizing a thin piece of the outside edge of your photo and stretching it to fit the sides of the canvas. This will give you the effect of your image looking naturally wrapped around the frame. The less amount we stretch the image on the sides, the less it will look distorted. Keep in mind that this applies for the sides of the canvas only, not the face of the canvas. Select this option if you do not want to lose your cropping for the front face of the canvas. Word Border is a word wraps on the borders of the stretched canvas instead of a solid color.
Floating Frames
We also offer a fabulous Floating Frame that is a high end/low cost framing option that has the three dimensional look of a gallery-wrapped canvas, but adds the added style of a solid wood custom frame.
Our exclusive solid wood frames go a step beyond the plain thin floating frame normally used for paintings and canvases by offering wider side panels that mimic traditional custom framing. With a half inch space between the canvas and the frame, the three dimensional look of the canvas is left intact with no need for matting.
Floating Frames are offered in three different styles, the Majestic Collection, the Prestige Collection and introducing the New Regal Collection. Each hand made collection offers a variety of colors and is available for canvas prints size 11”x14” to 40”x60”.
